ABA Admissions Process

Once a complete referral is received, our admissions specialist will reach out to schedule an admissions interview within two business days.
After the completion of your admissions interview, we submit to your insurance provider for assessment authorization. (Insurance has 14 business days to send authorization from date of submission).
Once authorization has been received, we will schedule an initial assessment with one of our Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
Once the initial assessment has been completed, treatment authorization is requested from your child's insurance provider. (Insurance has 14 business days to approve the treatment plan).
Our administrative team will be in touch to set a reoccurring schedule.
