"I started at GBE in 2024 as a BCBA in our Cookeville Clinic. I loved being able to work with the kids 1:1 and help build rapport with clients and families, and supported families in their ABA journey. In November of 2024, I became the Clinical Director of our Crossville Clinic. GBE quickly became my work family.

Collaborating with coworkers on cases, and working directly with RBTs to train and work with clients is so rewarding. Each client and family that I get to service comes with such great purpose. Making a difference in our client's daily lives, as well as helping families achieve goals, they never thought possible, is what makes it all worth it."
