Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Statement

Global Behavior Education Alliance, LLC  has developed a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Policy and requires it to be a part of our core culture and mission for both employees and our clients now and continuing in the future. We strive to foster belonging and empowerment for employees and clients to foster equality and a sense of belonging. We value the visible and invisible qualities that make you, the employee or client, who you are. We will always welcome employees and clients to make suggestions that empower them to grow and prosper. We believe Diversity and Equality are our future and we will continue to invest in each.

 

Our Mission is to:

  • Empower families through a comprehensive selection of telehealth and direct service options. We employ research-based methodologies to ensure individualized treatment while targeting behavioral and educational needs for optimal transformation.

  • We take the broadest possible view of equality and diversity and want a true, diverse pool of employees and clients and will on an ongoing basis will:

    • ​​​Analyze exit questionnaires/exit interviews to improve diversity at GBE, LLC.

    • Provide Diversity and Harassment training initially, and annually for all employees.

    • Analyze annual volunteer updates of diversity data through surveys of employees and clients.

    • Analyze available statistics to ensure equality is a priority

 

  • We welcome and commit that every person brings a unique perspective and experience to advance our mission and progress our fight for behavior education for each employee and client. To ensure this we will never base employment or client base on:
